Large Salted Caramel Rum Cake

Roanoke Island Rum cake with a salted caramel glaze. This is a "crowd favorite". Soaked with Roanoke Island's Kill Devil Silver and Virgin Island rum. 

Note: All cakes will be shipped/picked up frozen and may be transferred directly to your freezer at home when they arrive. Thaw them on your counter overnight before you intend to eat them. :)
